Keep the light.
Lose the heat.
Home window film for the rooms that never cool down: west-facing living rooms, sunrooms, sliders, and bedrooms that face the afternoon. We come to the house, measure, and quote on the spot.
Serving Pasadena · Deer Park · La Porte · Baytown · League City · Houston
What changes the day it goes on
Film is a one-visit fix for problems you have been living with for years.
The hot room cools off
Solar film stops much of the sun's heat at the glass. The room by the window stops running ten degrees hotter than the hall.
The TV is watchable
Glare film takes the sun off screens, counters, and the page you are trying to read, without dropping the blinds.
Floors stop fading
Nearly all of the UV that bleaches hardwood, rugs, and the arm of the couch is gone. What you bought stays the color you bought it.
Privacy, still a view
Daytime privacy film keeps eyes out while you keep the light. Frosted film for bathrooms and side lights, where you want it all day.
Films we install
Every window gets the film that fits the problem, not the one in the truck.
- Solar and heat control. The workhorse. Cuts heat and glare, keeps the view. Comes in light to dark shades.
- UV and fade protection. Nearly clear film for rooms where you want nothing to change but the fading.
- Daytime privacy. Reflective outside, clear inside during the day. We will explain what it does at night.
- Frosted and decorative. Bathrooms, front-door side lights, glass cabinets. Privacy all day, no blinds.
- Safety and security. Thicker film that holds broken glass together. Worth talking about for doors and low windows.
Film: Geoshield, Super Alloy series for flat glass. Spec sheets on request.

Questions homeowners ask
Will film make my house dark inside?
Only if you want it to. Most homeowners pick a light or medium shade that cuts heat and glare while the room stays bright. We hold samples up to your own windows so you see exactly what you are getting before anything is cut.
Does it work on double-pane windows?
Usually, but not every film belongs on every glass. Some films trap too much heat in a sealed dual-pane unit. We check the glass type during the estimate and only quote film that is right for it.
Can people see in at night?
Daytime privacy film works by reflection, so it flips after dark when the lights are on inside. We will tell you that up front. For round-the-clock privacy, frosted film is the honest answer.
Does it go on the inside or the outside?
Inside, on clean glass. It is out of the weather and out of reach of the lawn guy's trimmer.
How long does film last?
[WARRANTY TERMS TO CONFIRM]
Will it damage the glass or void my window warranty?
Properly matched film does not damage glass. Some window manufacturers have rules about aftermarket film, so if your windows are new and under warranty, bring that up at the estimate and we will match the film to it.
